Holy Trinity Hospice is staffed by our skilled and experienced team including a medical director, registered nurses, a clinical social worker, spiritual counselor, home health aides, a bereavement coordinator, and specially-trained volunteers.  Our team is focused on life-affirming care from a perspective focusing on the patient and family as a whole; physically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. 

The patient and family are considered to be a part of this dynamic, interdisciplinary team and are encouraged to establish their own goals and agreement with the plan of care based upon their individual needs, beliefs, and life-style.                 

Our Medical Director, Dr. Amr R. Hassan graduated from Ross University School of Medicine.  He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship specialty in Hematology/Medical Oncology at the University of     Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in  Worcester, MA.  Currently, Dr. Hassan is part of the Hematology/Medical Oncology group at the Fallon Clinic.  His strong medical expertise and knowledge is equally supplemented by his excellent bedside manner and profound commitment to his patients' needs and their loved ones.
